    1. I really appreciated the honesty that flows through these pages. It is a perfect day to day, or rather, episode to episode example of Bipolar 2 ( mainly going from a deep depressed state thinking constantly about ways to put an end to his life or on a better day he is faking his way through life pretending to be normal' when reality screams l am very Unstable! 2. Kind of weird sometimes, but definitely a nice thing to read. I didn't notice any introspection or articulation that we new to me, but just seeing things expressed by another person is a good feeling. And the ending was really happy which surprised me. A very nice sincere piece of writing

    3. Not well written and he is by his own admission narcissistic but the message ultimately is hopeful. Keep trying different med combinations.
