    1. Харесвам авторката, но това е една от най-слабите й книги по мое мнение. Героинята беше доста странна личност, дори глуповата а самата история доста посредствена.

    2. Sarah Fleetwood is a writer of romantic suspense, and she relies heavily on her instincts. There is a legend about hidden treasure in her family, and she is the current owner of the map. Sarah has been corresponding with Gideon Trace (owner, writer and publisher of an adventure magazine) for four months now, and she just knows he is the one. The one to help her find the missing treasure, and her own hero come to life. And as she is between deadlines, she has taken a few weeks off, to find Gideon [...]

    3. This book was in a box of books that my son bought me at an auction so when I picked it I didn't realize it was the 2nd book in a trilogy, but luckily it did a great job as a stand-alone book so I wasn't lost with what was happening. Romance books aren’t really one of my favorite genres but I was entertained by this book even thought there were large parts of it that I thought were a bit silly.I spent a lot of time wondering how the heroine managed to survive on her own as an adult because her [...]

    4. The second in the Pirate, Adventure, and Cowboy series, this is probably my least favorite of the three, but I still find myself re-reading it every year, and it appears to be growing on me. This one is about the author friend with "intuition" who aggressively seeks out a "treasure" hunter to find her ancestor's missing treasure, 5 sets of earrings buried somewhere on her homestead. The reader can understand Gideon's confusion as Sarah swings 180 degrees in her various approaches to form a relat [...]

    5. My rating is more of a 2.5. This novel was an enjoyable follow up to The Pirate. While the first novel focussed on adventure and more plot driven, The Adventurer is more character driven. A good portion of the novel is spent between Gideon and Sarah bickering. There is action of course but it is a very nominal part of the story. Actually, I could have done without the part with Jake. Maybe if the story was longer, it would be fine but it just seemed like a contrived final misunderstanding/revela [...]

    6. I have an extensive backlist collection of Jayne Ann Krentz's books. This is one I did not already have, to my surprise. The heroine is an adventurous romantic suspense author who relies on her intuition for most of her decisions, and now her intuition is telling her to go on a treasure hunt. She's been corresponding with the hero, who publishes a treasure hunting magazine, for research for a book, and heads off to wrangle him into helping her dig up her great-great aunt's buried jewelry--but th [...]

    7. Oldie but goodie.Sarah has been writing to Gideon for a few months for his expertise in treasure hunting to use in her novel. Now she wants to hunt for a family treasure with his help. But she is moving at warp speed and Gideon has trust issues that are made worse when a figure from his past shows up.I love how optimistic Sarah manages to stay and her insight into people. The cats are adorable and Gideon manages to become the hero Sarah always knew he was.

    8. Book 2. Sarah is an intuitive woman and her feelings are telling her to hunt for the Fleetwood Jewels with treasure hunter Gideon Trace by her side. She is positive he is the man of her dreams while he thinks she is plain bonkers. But Sarah has a tenacious streak and won't give up her happy ending without a fight. This is vintage Krentz. Loved it.

    9. One of the most interesting romance novels ever and listening to it as a book on tape while on a road trip with friends made it so much better!!

    10. The PirateThe AdventurerThe CowboyI have owned and reread these three books so many times. They are just a lovely read that makes me relax and chill out.
