    1. Great book on Men's style. I actually bought the book because of all the great photos inside. Many wonderful photos of classic film stars. They did not disappoint. Worth it just for the photos inside. The book has many examples of Men's clothing. The book focuses on one item at a time and there are examples on how to put a great look together. The book gives the history on each item. The history is very interesting. A few of the items this book covers are: The Pea Coat, The Trench Coat, Bomber Ja [...]

    2. Ah the fashions of men's yesteryear. Warren Beatty, James Dean, Gregory Peck, Elvis and even David Bowie are featured in this book, but not for what you may think. How cinema and music changed fashion for men is really not something I considered deeply until uncovering these pages. Handsome men and a good mix of garments make this a great peek into icon's and the clothes that framed them.Great visual candy.

    3. Recommended for anyone trying to make their wardrobe classic, timeless, and having some staying power. I got a kick out of flipping through this and seeing all the items I've had in my watch lists and wish lists. Also, as you get older I feel like you tend towards a lot of these items naturally. As much for there classic style as for the durability. This book will also pique your interests in further reading.
