    1. Whoa, this book went in a hardcore direction I wasn't expecting at all. I can't decide if this was a good thing or not. Part of me kind of feels like it was slightly forced (a pain medication addiction story shoved into this supernatural world out of nowhere), but then part of me actually really liked it because Joanne needed that reality check to bring her down off her haughty high-horse. Yes, I said it. All in all, I'm still reall enjoying this series, despite my giggles at the two nubs that a [...]

    2. In the third book of the Winged series, Ms. Pruitt takes us deep into the world of her angels and Winged, with a story that is in her words about love – “Love lost, love found, love regained.”Joanne Watson fell off the Talmadge Bridge to her death only to find that a normal boring life is not the worst thing that can happen to a person. After falling to her death, she is given a choice to return to her old life, go to heaven or become one of the winged and fight evil forever, never dying a [...]

    3. Lost is the third book in the Winged series. Joanna has been through a lot whether it is in relationships, attempts on her life or just trying to cope with being one of the winged. In this third installment of the Winged series Jo finds herself in a situation she never imagined.Lost is quite a bit darker than the previous books, but the trials that Jo goes through brings you even closer to her character. We also see a different side to Michael in this novel, he doesn’t seem as harsh as he has [...]

    4. All the way through this i've been reminding myself and you that this is fiction. This bookrayed right off the path that it had been wandering along. It felt like a totally different book. The whole Angels storyline almost faded into the background and it became simply about a girl with problems, and a battle. im sad to say that this one, i couldn't wait to finish so i could put it down. i skim read alot of it. And i'm very disappointed by it. It was a relief to reach the end page, and as i realis [...]

    5. I read this book over 5 months ago and am still having trouble putting my thoughts into words. This 3rd installment in the Winged Series by L. M. Pruitt was a gut wrenching read for me. It was dark, thought provoking and hit me between the eyes. What I liked: I know this is a fictional story in my head but some of the scenes were all too real. Joanne's "dry out" was stomach roiling and seemed all to real. How Ms Pruitt got to "that place" and wrote about it is an excellent show of true talent. Yo [...]

    6. Many of us who have been following this series has seen the evolution of Joanne. Her wins and her loses. Her strengths and her failings. This book does a tremendous job of showing us Joanne’s still intact humanity and with humanity comes the trappings and addictions that anyone is susceptible to. It was amazing to see how far Joanne fell when she felt she couldn’t handle the pressures of what was going on. I also thought that the expectations of those around her blinded them to the problems [...]

    7. Lost is the 3rd book in the Winged series by L.M. Pruitt. She is an amazing writer that has a very special way of telling a story. This installment tells the story of the fallout from Uprising. Joanne has been through so much thus far, but now her inner demons are really getting the better of her. L.M. takes us on a wild and crazy emotional ride all through the story. Who can Joanne trust? Who are truly her friends? What will happen with Michael and Raphael? While reading the book I was happy, s [...]

    8. LOST is the third book of the Winged series. Joanne made a choice. Help fight the forces of evil. It seemed so simple at the time. But things are never simple and now the rules are changing. Who do you trust when you can't even trust yourself? This time around the biggest demons she'll have to face are of her own making. Throw in a few "Oh my God! I didn't see THAT one coming." moments and LOST is a story that's hard to put down. Romance, action, more than a touch of the supernatural and just th [...]

    9. Book three follows the group from winged and uprising. It is a perfect continuation to the story after the events of uprising. All the characters are adjusting to various injuries. And the angels are getting hotter. The book was an emotional roller coaster, but it was written in a way that really dragged the reader in and it was an amazing ride. One chapter in particular was so beautifully written it broke my heart. Note: Just make sure you read it as soon as possible after uprising. Myself had [...]

    10. This was an amazing end to the series. Its starts off really sad and depressing based on events from the previous book, and the main character goes through some really tough issues that I believe anyone could relate too. I am not happy about how the love triangle worked out, but I am glad she is with the one who I wanted. This series could continue and I would enjoy every moment of it, but it ended so I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    11. So this book was another great part to the series. My only thing is that there were missing words or wrong words used. It seemed that someone did t check it before it was put out. I also felt it was shorter than the others.

    12. This was intense and a lot of twists and turns. Surprises The next will be very difficult I think. To hunt the lost People that they know Winged who have become lost So very sad
