    1. This book is on my must read list! It was refreshing to find a Christian fiction book that didn't waiver from my conservative beliefs. I was quickly drawn into the characters and didn't put this book down until I finished it! I will definitely recommend this book to my male family members. There aren't many Christian fiction books that appeal to them. However, as a female I enjoyed the book very much too. The story had all the "stuff" that makes for a great story. 2. I read a lot and lean towards non-fiction, but Never on Sundays reminded me that you just can't beat a great novel. In today's world, fame and fortune are sought out by the vast majority as the end all/be all of life. Many would relate to fear of being a distant parent, and that sometimes we need to make adjustments in order to become a more attentive spouse and parent. Personally, I love participating in sport but all competitions and training lands mostly on Sundays. I think it is great that the book addresses the issue about puttin [...]

    4. A very well written story depicting the problems a Major League Baseball player might face when his faith and convictions interfere with his work, family and lifestyle. Some parts at the beginning were a little tedious but it does pick up into a strong storyline. The ending was not my favorite part but I still give it 5 stars as a good story.
