    1. Undeserving is the first novella in the Someone To Love Me Trilogy. This is Bree's story, a young woman who grew up watching her mother suffer abuse and suffered herself at the hands of her father. She thought that with his death things would change. Instead, she and her mother endured more of the same from the men that rolled in and out of her mother's life. Bree wants true love, but can she ever have it, or is she like her mother says, undeserving? My heart broke for Bree because of everything [...]

    3. Bree wants a happy life full of love, a guy to be there for her and love her for who she is. She ends up married to someone she thought would be that for her. Her husband is anything but that. Bree is a strong woman to live through what she does. She wants out. For an abused woman there is more to life than staying in the relationship that is abusive. When will it end? Growing up with a mother putting thought into your head that this is how life is, it is hard to break free from that. *The trilo [...]

    4. Real life masked as fictionis book is about Bree, a woman who has been suffering abuse by men who started with her father, gone onto her mothers lovers and came to a point with her husband. Her perfect husband. Rich, educated, handsome and a wife beater. As Bree come to know that woman can die from beatings her decision not to bring in children into this world is reinforced. 5. Bree is a very strong willed woman and is determined to break free from all of the pain and heartache in her life. I did not like Greg at all. I loved his brother Trey, the warmth and love he shows Bree is so refreshing. I love how this trilogy makes light of what some women go through in life with abuse. I found that I could relate with this story to an extent. Gladys Quintal shows that there is more to life than being abused, and living the life we want.I received this book by the author for a [...]

    6. Bree grew up in an abusive household. It's the only thing she's ever known. She vowed that she would someday find someone the opposite of that.Greg is sweet, charming, rich and handsome. I guess you can say looks can be very deceiving.Bree quickly finds out that Greg isn't who she thought he was. She can't stand him but keeps up the facade so no one finds out Except ppl close to her suspect it.From the very first page, I was hooked! I wanted more and couldn't turn the pages fast enough! I really [...]

    7. This book is far richer in back story regarding prophecies etc. i had trouble discouvering what Nanna can do and had to take a leap of faith regarding this twist. Once I did the story flow took me on a wild ride where even previously evil incarnate characters (well one of them) came to his senses. The prophecy etc is fun and adds so much to the love story that I simply could not put the book down. A really good vampire read with adult content. WaAr

    8. Smooth, but difficult readingThe author's style and characterization made this part of the trilogy an interesting and fast read. I found my heart breaking, though, because of the tender way physical and sexual abuse are introduced into the plot. I am anxious to begin the second part.
