    1. This is one of the best recent books on textual criticism I have read. The authors present an excellent overview of textual criticism as well as provide in-depth information on both Old Testament and New Testament textual criticism. The information is detailed and academic enough for a classroom yet approachable enough for anyone to read, even if they have not had formal training in seminary.
