    1. I do like Black Ops books and I am happy to report the the new Room 59 Series may be just the thing I was looking for. The Powers That Be by Cliff Ryder is an action-packed adventure into the poor and grimy world of Communist Cuba and gun-running.I really enjoyed reading about Room 59 agents and found the plot of the story to be quite exciting.     2. When i received this book it was via a free giveaway at the San Diego Comic-Con several years ago. I had no idea what Room 59 was, i only knew that it was a "spy thriller". I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed this book. It kind of made me which I hadn't waited so long to read it. I found it very engaging with an interesting twist towards the end. I would recommend this book to anyone that is a fan of the genre.

    3. About as close to real espionage as 24, and almost as ludicrously entertaining. It takes a little while to introduce all of the characters and the plot. But, once it gets going, it's a pretty good ride.
