    1. hate to give so few stars to someone who's gone to the trouble of writing a book. Lots of fantasy stories have varying degrees of formulaic plots and this one is no exception. However, those kinds of stories can be good and fun, but not this one. I do think this story could work, but it would need to be substantially rewritten. The characters, both main and supporting, are too poorly developed. They're mostly cliche, cardboard. Too often dialogue is stilted or awkward.It often felt like a child [...]

    2. I absolutely love this series. Just found out it was on audio book now, can't wait to start that. Great ride from book 1 to three - it just completely ramps up after the first book. Loved the Eragon series, but this is an awesome take on a dragon turned human saga.
