One Reply to “On Who Is God?”

    1. A great little book discussing the reasons for belief in God, non-biblical views of God, the nature of God, the person and work of Jesus Christ and true worship of God. Driscoll touches on some deep and weightier thoughts and themes, but keeps it simple and understandable.

    2. Good book simple to understand not exhaustive by any means but a good introduction to the ideas of who God is and worshipping him.

    3. The bottom line: On Who is God is a theologically sound and powerful treatise on God’s identity as well as a defense of the Trinitarian God of the Bible. If you seek a quick, succinct, clear and easy-to-read guide to better understand the central tenets about God, then look no further. Certainly, you could read a more comprehensive theology textbook, but you then would have to make it through hundreds of pages in order to extract the same basic themes. 4. This was a very quick read. Not to deep. Went to the core and why. It took all the isms and showed where they break down and how Christianity all ties together with creation, time, and mankind. Driscoll also went briefly into the worship of God and how we can identify what we really worship. I thought it was worth the hour read. It is a apologetics type of book, which is basically the reason for what you believe.

    5. That's it -- I've read every Mark Driscoll book! This was a helpful book but I've had enough of Pastor Driscoll for now. I've benefited from his strengths and am thoroughly aquainted with his weaknesses.

    6. This is a short and easy to read book on God. It simply and clearly goes through His attributes and His purposes and works. It is a very good book for people considering the claims of Christianity as well as for Christians to read to encourage their faith and their knowledge of who God is.

    7. Concise, simple, direct, funny, and theologically accurate; what else would you expect from Mark Driscoll?
