    1. This was a rather entertaining read. Most of the solutions given makes really good sense. I've started using some of the advice that was written in the book and it helps a lot. My 4 year old have shown improvement little by little, and it is really positive. The shouting and power play has reduced. One of the methods I've applied is, if my toddler breaks some rule, like hit his little Sister , I will send him off to his room, making sure that when he is in his room, there is no play , no enterta [...]

    3. This book is quite funny and enjoyable to read even if you don't have kids. Even though I thought he was too soft sometimes and too harsh at other times, I can see that his methods work so I can respect that. He's actually not really tough at all unless he's dealing with crying babies, but he is sensible and firm and he does get results even for the 'problem cases' which turn out to be because of bad parenting anyway. Most of the stuff in this book will leave you shaking your heads at the way so [...]

    4. I read this entire book in Nigel Latta's voice. Kind of unsettling, but did make it more amusing and convivial. Sometimes his strategies seem a bit negative to me, but that is tempered by being proceeded by attempting to 'fun' your way out of a situation first (in a way that is still 100% consistent with your goals!), and that, I like.

    7. Re-released under the title 'Politically Incorrect Parenting: Before your kids drive you crazy'Very useful - think I'm gonna have to buy a copy for future reference! Very funny way of looking at some daunting problems.

    10. The book definitely gives you some interesting points to think about. Always helpful to have someone else's ideas, I guess.
