One Reply to “American Medical Association Manual of Style : A Guide for Authors and Editors (AMA)”

    1. As the section on the capitalization of compass point, they use the example of "There is no party like a West Coast party because a West Coast party doesn't stop." Lots medical writers quote Coolio, so that's helpful, although they obviously paraphrased.

    2. See my review for the Mimi Zieger book. Same goes for this one. Very good reference material. Very boring afternoon read.

    3. This is the gold standard--forget the AAMT Book of Style as the essential tool. This book has made my editorial work much more profitable.
